Mollard Consulting Welcomes Lauren Vermilion to the Team

This year marks Mollard Consulting’s 19th anniversary. Over those nearly two decades, I’ve had the pleasure to work with wonderfully talented people.

Every employee, subcontractor, and partner has contributed to the company and our clients.

We are thrilled to begin this year by announcing a new member of our Mollard Consulting team — Lauren Vermilion. She joins us as the Director of Client Engagement.

Lauren will work closely with Lindsey Steinberg on client relationships and with Kerri Mollard on business development. Lauren comes to Mollard Consulting from Ohio Wesleyan University where she was the Associate Director of Advancement for seven years. Prior to OWU, she was a Major Gifts Officer for the Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh and a Campaign Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Symphony. She has a BA in History from Otterbein University and an MA in Education from Kent State University. She can be reached at lauren@mollardconsulting.com.

We are also happy to announce promotions for the senior members of our team — Lindsey Steinberg is now the Senior Director of Client Engagement and Jenny Bergman is now the Senior Director of Communications and Operations.

Lindsey has been with Mollard Consulting for five years and Jenny for four years. They both play leadership roles in the company and with our clients in the community. Their levels of responsibilities have progressed over time, and we recognize their contributions and celebrate their hard work. Lindsey can be reached at lindsey@mollardconsulting.com and Jenny at jenny@mollardconsulting.com.

Last year, we promoted Morgan Kerns to Assistant Director of Communications. Morgan joined the company three years ago and has progressively advanced in her work. She plays a key role storytelling, both from our client’s perspective through cases for support and our firm’s story through our digital presence. Morgan can be reached at morgan@mollardconsulting.com.

It’s my honor to work alongside these talented women. Please join me in celebrating their accomplishments, contributions, and commitment to the heart and hard work of nonprofits.
