We are happy to announce a new member of our team joins us this week.
Welcome Olivia Hunt, our new Administrative Coordinator.
She recently moved to Columbus from Kansas, and we are thrilled to be the first in town to learn about her skills and talents. Olivia worked in the Autism field for three years as a Certified Behavior Analyst. She has dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Kansas in History and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are excited to get to know her more, and for her to get to know Columbus and our clients.
The most senior members of our team are Lindsey Steinberg and Jenny Bergman.
Lindsey is our Senior Consultant and Director of Client Engagement.
She is a strategic problem solver and advocate. She always thinks about what clients need to be successful. Lindsey is a former executive director, so she greatly understands leadership, management, and board relations. She worked in DC and Chicago before returning to Columbus. You may not know that Lindsey was a classroom teacher in Chicago City Schools after graduate school. She earned an MA from Loyola University and a BS from Miami University.
Jenny is our Director of Communications and Operations.
She is a philanthropic leader, project manager, and strategic thinker. As a former development director and major gifts officer, Jenny knows what it takes to raise funds and communicate impact. She understands processes and procedures and is a natural culture builder. She has worked in higher education and with local affiliates of national organizations. Jenny served Flying Horse Farms in fundraising roles for four years and is our head of content. She earned a BA from The Ohio State University.
They also lead our client and content teams with the talents of Morgan Veach Kerns and Catherine Elliott Martin.
Morgan is the Assistant Director of Communications.
She is a writer, editor, and skilled creator of fundraising content. Morgan was promoted last year in recognition of her growth and talent. She works closely with Jenny on all things content — from cases for support and grants to social media messaging and client reports. She leads our efforts with great voice and skill. We love that she volunteers with her dog, McDuff, who is a registered therapy animal. Morgan worked for both Canine Companions and United Way of Delaware County before joining our team. She earned a BS with a minor in Nonprofit Studies from The Ohio State University.
Catherine is an Associate Consultant.
She is a relationship manager, researcher, and developer. She joined our team as an Administrative Coordinator in 2018 and was promoted to Associate Consultant in just one year because of her hard work and skills. Catherine works closely with Lindsey on all client relationships and she takes a lead with our board retreat clients. Catherine is an analytical thinker with a laser sharp attention to detail. She is building her skills in data analysis and is a trusted member of our team as her insights into client services are always spot on. Catherine is a former Glenn College Washington Academic Fellow and collegiate chapter member of AFP. She earned a BA, summa cum laude, with a Nonprofit Management certification from The Ohio State University.
In addition to our full-time team members, we are supported by the talent and dedication of a corps of subcontractors that include Joanna Helon, Amber Jacott, and Anne Deis.
It is my pleasure to lead Mollard Consulting and to work closely with these amazing women. I am grateful for all that they do on behalf of our clients and in the community.
