Meet the Mollard Consulting Team! — Part Two

Are you ready to meet the rest of the Mollard Consulting team? Last month, you met half of our team members, Kerri Mollard, Lindsey Steinberg, Karen Days, Lauryn Pitroff, and Colleen Speer.

Today, you will meet Irina Ursu, Kelley Morris, Meghan Frolo, Taylor Gloyd, and Lacie Wood.

Read on to learn about these amazing women, their careers, and time, so far, with Mollard Consulting.

Irina Ursu, Business Manager

Our Business Manager, Irina Ursu, joined the team in March 2022. In her career with Mollard so far, she has loved learning about our clients and the nonprofit industry itself. Irina has found the many layers of the nonprofit industry fascinating and loves that the organizations are created to provide for the community and their target population. Irina has enjoyed being able to utilize parts of personality — specifically, her organizational skills, for her day-to-day work (around here, we call her our chaos coordinator!).

Even though Irina mainly works behind the scenes, her favorite part about working at Mollard is seeing our clients reach their goals and find success. The causes that interest Irina most are arts and culture, education, and social programs.  After working hours, you can find her playing Disney Dreamlight Valley on her Nintendo Switch or planning her next road trip!

Kelley Morris, Business Development and Marketing Consultant

Kelley Morris joined our team in February 2023 as our Business Development and Marketing Consultant. Her career experience in the nonprofit industry includes Goodwill Columbus, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Ohio Parkinson’s Society. In her past work, Kelley loved helping people and organizations connect with the resources they needed.

At Mollard, Kelley loves seeing the impact we have on our client’s organizations and, in turn, those they serve. She also appreciates seeing feedback from our clients after our work is complete. Kelley is most interested in causes that support Parkinson’s disease research, community, and women’s initiatives. Lately, you can find Kelley gardening at home after work.

Meghan Frolo, Communications Manager

Our Communications Manager, Meghan Frolo, joined the Mollard Consulting team in August 2023. She became interested in the nonprofit industry in college when she took a nonprofit management introduction class. Her favorite part about working at Mollard is seeing the client deliverables come together. She enjoys getting to know the clients through retreats and meetings and enjoys building great working relationships with them and her fellow team members.

So far, her favorite experience at Mollard has been seeing new ideas spark for organizations during board and strategic visioning retreats, and she loves to see board members get excited about starting new work for their organization. She is most interested in causes surrounding arts and culture and education. Outside of the office, Meghan enjoys running, pilates, and reading in her free time.

Taylor Gloyd, Administrative Coordinator

Our new Administrative Coordinator, Taylor Gloyd, joined the team this July! Taylor is currently a student at Franklin University, seeking an associate degree in communications. She has done philanthropic work with nonprofit organizations in her past career positions and has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and at dog shelters. Taylor is most interested in poverty and human services causes.

So far, she has enjoyed working with the Mollard Consulting team members and loves that our work and intention comes from a place of care for our clients. This summer, you can find Taylor kayaking at Dylan Lake, reading, or planning another visit to one of her favorite places, Savannah, GA!

Lacie Wood, Client Engagement Associate

Lacie Wood, our Client Engagement Associate, also joined the Mollard Consulting team this July. Lacie began her career at The Ohio State University and led a nonprofit campus group ministry during college. She is most interested in causes for young children, education, and women. Lacie is most excited to help “those who do good, do more good” as a part of the Mollard Consulting team.

Lacie enjoys seeing great things happen for a nonprofit’s target population due to an organization and its passionate team and is looking forward to furthering the missions of our wonderful clients. Outside of the office you can find Lacie baking bread, creating beautiful flower arrangements, or practicing yoga. This summer, she will be casting away on her next cruise to Honduras and Mexico!
