My strength comes from my mother. Her spirit could move mountains even though her health was compromised because of chronic illness. I try to stay healthy with exercise and love riding in Pelotonia each year with Girls with Gears. I strive for an active life, for self-care but also to model that behavior for my kids, because I know that health is a gift not to be taken for granted.
